HOW TO USE

- Cleanse the Skin: Start with clean skin. Use a mild soap or body wash to cleanse the area where you intend to apply the lotion. Make sure to pat the skin dry with a towel afterward.
- Dispense the Lotion: Squeeze small amount of lotion onto your palm. Rub the lotion between your palms to warm it up. This helps to ensure even application and better absorption into the skin.
- Apply to the Skin: Gently massage the lotion onto the skin using circular motions.  Pay extra attention to areas that tend to be drier, such as elbows and knees. Let the lotion absorb into the skin for a few minutes before getting dressed.
